Rapto Club is an AI-powered personal finance tool that allows you to log, track, and analyse your expenses by sending plain-language messages via WhatsApp. The Service provides a web dashboard for viewing spending insights and managing your financial data.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
Access to the Service requires an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rapto.club if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Send spam, abusive, or harassing messages through the WhatsApp integration.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the Service without our prior written consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Share your account credentials with third parties.
6. WhatsApp Usage
Our Service uses the Meta WhatsApp Business API. By using the WhatsApp-based features of Rapto Club, you also agree to comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of the WhatsApp platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Rapto Club and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of the transaction data and messages you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The AI-generated expense categorisations and financial insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rapto Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@rapto.club.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
